At Einstein’s Horizon, our programs operate on a subscription model that requires a minimum number of students to cover staffing, equipment, and program delivery costs. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds once a student has been enrolled.

No Refunds

• All sales are final. Program fees are non-refundable, regardless of withdrawal, absence, or early termination.

Credits and Transfers

• In the event that a student cannot complete a program, Einstein’s Horizon may, at its discretion, issue a pro-rated credit toward future courses.

• Credits may also be transferred to a sibling for use in the same or future program cycle.

• Credits cannot be exchanged for cash.

Missed Sessions

• No credits are issued for individual missed sessions due to illness, vacations, or scheduling conflicts.

• If a student is unable to attend a scheduled session, they may be eligible to attend a make-up session, depending on availability and program scheduling. Make-up sessions are not guaranteed.
   

Program Cancellations by EH

• If Einstein’s Horizon cancels a program or session and cannot reasonably reschedule, a pro-rated credit will be provided.
